<p>The Delhi government implemented the new excise policy on November 17, 2021, but it was scrapped at the end of September 2022 amid corruption allegations. <p>Among the official documents retrieved, there were correspondences between the ED and related files pertaining to the agency's request to the Jharkhand police to file an FIR against revenue officer Bhanu Pratap Prasad.</p>

<p>It's worth noting that Bhanu Pratap was previously the subject of an ED raid in connection with investigations into the Indian Army Land scam, during which a significant number of documents were seized from his residence.
